Delete Account - Ministerio Evangélico
Ministerio Evangélico stores your progress locally with SwiftData and syncs anonymous data with Firebase when you sign in with Apple or Google. Below is how to fully delete your account and data.
How to delete your account
- Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Sign out to sign out of Apple or Google and clear the active session.
- Long-press the Ministerio Evangélico icon on your iPhone or iPad home screen and select Delete App to remove the SwiftData local cache.
- Email us at aiandromedacom@gmail.com requesting deletion of the anonymous data synced to Firebase for your account.
Data that will be deleted
- Pastoral consultations submitted and their answers
- Bible study history and analyzed verses
- Progress across the 66 books (39 Old Testament and 27 New Testament)
- Reflections and exegesis generated by topic
- Daily streak, badges, achievements and gamification gallery
- Voice, meditation background and visual theme preferences
About the Premium subscription
If you have an active Premium subscription, remember to cancel it separately from your Apple ID Settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Ministerio Evangélico) before uninstalling. Deleting the account or uninstalling the app does NOT cancel the subscription managed by Apple and RevenueCat.
Anonymous data sent to Firebase
Ministerio Evangélico sends anonymous data to Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app. This data does not contain personally identifiable information, but if you want to request its deletion email us at aiandromedacom@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. We will respond within 30 days.
Important
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will permanently lose your progress across the 66 books, your pastoral consultation history, your generated reflections and your achievements gallery. Recovery will not be possible.
