How to delete your data
- Open the app and delete your cats' profiles, photos and records directly from each section.
- To remove the photo backup, disable backup in Settings → Backup and ask us to delete the cloud files.
- To stop syncing, disable iCloud in Settings. Your data will remain in your private iCloud account until you delete it from your device's iCloud settings.
- To completely delete your anonymous account and the data backed up on our servers, write to us.
Data that will be deleted
Local data (SwiftData)
- Your cats' profiles
- Activity logs and the Play, Food and Love rings
- Daily quests
- Symptoms, alerts and weight history
- Medications and medical documents
- Photos and evolution comparisons
- Vets saved on the map
Preferences (AppStorage)
- Selected theme and appearance mode
- iCloud sync preference
- Photo backup preference
- Premium subscription status
- Onboarding status
Server data (upon request)
- Anonymous Firebase Authentication account
- Photos backed up in Firebase Storage
- Vets added to the map in Firebase Firestore
Important
- Local data deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Vets you added to the map may remain visible to the community, as they are shared data.
- For server data deletion, we process requests within 30 days.
- The Premium subscription must be cancelled independently through the App Store.
