📌 1. Information We Collect

a. Usage data and generated content

To provide a personalized experience, we record:

• Pastoral consultations submitted (up to 2 free per day, unlimited with Premium).
• Reflection topics requested for Biblical Exegesis, Explained Topic and Reflection by Topic.
• Study history: books, chapters and verses consulted, as well as your progress.
• Audio usage: selected voice (iOS system voice or one of the 8 Premium Gemini voices) and chosen meditation background.
• Device information: model, iOS version, language and anonymous identifiers.

b. Local storage and sync

Your progress is stored locally with SwiftData and may sync through Firebase when you sign in:

• Bookmarked verses, completed studies, daily streaks, badges and achievements.
• Visual theme preferences (6 themes: Light, Dark/Prayer Night and 4 Premium) and typography (Lora, Merriweather, Playfair Display).
• Settings for the daily verse widget on the iOS home screen.

c. Premium Subscription

If you subscribe to Premium, the payment is processed directly by Apple through the App Store. We only receive your subscription status (active / inactive) through RevenueCat, without payment data. Plans: Monthly $2.99-$4.99 / Annual $29.99-$39.99. The Restore Purchases option is available inside the app.

🔒 2. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

• Improve your Bible study experience and generate more relevant AI responses.
• Process pastoral consultations, exegesis and reflections by topic across the 4 depth levels (1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 8-10 minutes).
• Manage your Premium subscription and unlock the 8 Gemini voices (Kore, Puck, Charon, Fenrir, Aoede, Leda, Orus, Zephyr), the 4 meditation backgrounds (Silencio, Piano de Paz, Adoración, Naturaleza) and the 4 Premium themes (Gracia Celestial, Sangre del Cordero, Monte Olivo, Pergamino Antiguo).
• Serve ads through Google AdMob on the free tier (removed when Premium is active).

🤝 3. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with providers necessary to operate the service:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication (Sign in with Apple / Google), Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous stats and error reporting, and syncing your progress.
• RevenueCat: only your Premium subscription status.
• Gemini API (Google): when you request Premium-voice audio, we send only the study or reflection text to generate the TTS voice; no personal data is sent.
• OpenAI (via Vercel): to process pastoral consultations, exegesis and thematic reflections.
• Google AdMob: serving ads on the free tier.
• Apple: secure processing of Premium subscription payments.

Each provider handles information according to its own privacy policy.

🧒 4. Children's Privacy

The app is aimed at pastors, Bible students, evangelical Christian families and youth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to delete it.

⚙️ 5. Your Options

• You can sign out of Apple or Google from inside the app to clear the active session.
• You can uninstall the app at any time; doing so removes the SwiftData local cache from your device.
• You can cancel your Premium subscription from your Apple ID Settings on iOS.
• You can request the deletion of your synced data on Firebase by email.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or app features. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or on this page.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or a region where GDPR applies, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: you can request a copy of the data we process.
• Right of rectification: you can request correction of inaccurate information.
• Right of erasure: you can request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to restrict processing: you can request that we limit how we use your data.
• Right to portability: you can request a copy in a usable format.
• Right to object: you can oppose the processing of your data.

🔒 9. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

We respect the iOS App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not track your activity across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob use anonymous identifiers to measure performance and show contextual ads on the free tier.

You can review and revoke app permissions at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security on your iPhone or iPad.

🗑️ 10. Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data from our systems:

1. Send an email to aiandromedacom@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email linked to your Apple or Google account so we can identify you.
3. Uninstall the app to clear the SwiftData local cache and cancel your Premium subscription from your Apple ID Settings if applicable.
4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
